I recently had my hair loss treatment at Radiance Clinic, and I’m really impressed with the overall experience. Dr. Satyartha and his staff took excellent care of me from the first consultation itself. They explained the entire treatment plan clearly, answered all my doubts patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the sessions.

The clinic is clean, professional, and the staff is very supportive. I’ve noticed positive changes already and I’ll continue with the follow-up treatments as advised. If anyone is struggling with hair loss and looking for a trustworthy clinic with genuine care, I would strongly recommend Radiance Clinic and Dr. Satyartha.

This place is an absolute scam. They are highly professional when it comes to taking your money and making big promises, but when it comes to actual results, there are NONE. Zero change in my hair after spending a fortune. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't fall for their marketing.Do not trust the high rating of Radiance—it is completely fake. The staff literally ask for or take your phone under the guise of 'checking details' and then give themselves a 5-star Google review without your permission. It is incredibly unethical. On top of that, the actual treatment is a complete scam. They charge an absolute fortune, promise amazing results, and give you absolutely nothing in return. They only care about stealing your money and forcing fake reviews. Avoid this place at all costs!

A terrible experience with zero transparency and honesty :

As an NRI, I called beforehand to book an appointment for laser hair removal (around ears). I was given a maximum price of Rs. 2000/session and in fact told that it would be cheaper given it’s a small surface. The final price (which should be less than 2k) and the number of sessions would be decided by the doctor.

Upon reaching the clinic on time, was made to wait almost an hour to visit the doctor (Dr. Sathyartha Prakash) for less than 5 mins.

No fees/price was discussed, only number of sessions. I come out of his cabin and I’m handed out a document to sign wherein the price mentioned was 2.5x of the usual maximum price discussed on phone.

In short, just avoid it if you are an NRI or don’t let them know you are an NRI, else you’ll be charged 2X the normal cost !

Update: post response from the clinic I wish to clarify that the cost suggested over phone was for both ears. They are twisting facts to make it appear positive for themselves. However well established they may be there was zero transparency. And of course why would they respond to the other two complaints of long waiting time (in spite of having an appointment), and zero explanation towards their fees or structure ! Disgusting how you twist facts to make yourself look positive

Good clinic.All staff behaviour was good .The hair transplant went smooth . Dr Satyarth Prakash communicated well about the procedure and the team supported in every manner possible .

By far the Best Clinic in town as an NRI, I can vouch on it! I have gone through lots of treatment as per doctor Dr. Satyarth Senapati advice. My skin & hair has completely been taken care of their team specially my treatment is always done by Prajna Sahu she very humble & welcoming:) I love how my skin looks healthy & rejuvenated that’s definitely my go to place without any second thought!
