The staff including Sydney, Audree, Jackie, Nancy and Bri knew exactly what they were doing and were throughly engaged from start to finish. They ensured that the procedure was as comfortable as possible and pain free. During the operation, I was able to listen to music and watch funny movies on Netflix. I even fell asleep during the procedure. Knowing what to expect helped and the follow through after the procedure, the responsiveness all spoke to the preparedness of how well everyone worked together. I'm looking forward to my results and am glad I chose this place to do this procedure. I also liked that they had a 1 year guarantee which was a big selling point to do this locally rather than travel internationally. The number one tip I can give is to invest in the surgeon's experience. That is what minimizes risk in my opinion.
