One year after the hair transplant – the result is catastrophic. The doctor himself admitted that the operation was badly done. And instead of applying their so-called “guarantee”, they asked me to pay a further €850 for a correction! It’s not a guarantee, it’s a scam. The clinic is located in a hospital building, but only rents one floor – this gives a false impression of seriousness. In reality, it’s total chaos and conditions are unsanitary. During the operation: no sterilization, no protection, everything took place in a dirty environment. This isn’t medicine, it’s assembly line production. Lots of patients, zero quality. They destroy your appearance, then make you pay again. Don’t fall for it like I did. Protect your health, your money and your appearance – run away from this “Life Time clinic”!

I came to this clinic in September with one clear goal: to fix the bald spot on my crown. Instead, they ignored that and stuffed my forehead with grafts I didn’t even ask for, lowering the hairline way too much — even though my front hair was totally fine. They barely transplanted anything to the actual problem area. I told the doctor right after the surgery: “This is not what I came here for.” His reply? “Wait 8 months.” Well, 8 months passed — and nothing grew on the crown. Zero result. When I asked for a correction under their “guarantee”, they simply refused. So much for their “warranty” — it means absolutely nothing. During surgery, the windows were wide open, it was hot and dusty, and my grafts were left in the open air next to a road — total lack of hygiene. This is not a clinic — it’s a scam operation run by careless frauds. DO NOT GO THERE. You’ll lose your money, get no results, and possibly risk your health too.

Before I left, I had received a quote for the entire operation. When I arrived, I paid the full amount and underwent the first operation. Up to that point, everything seemed normal. However, when I returned to complete the treatment, I was in for a nasty surprise: they asked me to pay again the same amount I had already paid. Be vigilant and wary of this clinic’s practices.
