Reviews
Francesco – 49 years old, from Milan. I chose Insparya Milan and on February 6, 2026, I underwent a hair transplant using the FUE technique, with 3,324 follicles implanted. From the very first visit, I greatly appreciated the professionalism of the team and the clarity of the explanations I received: each step is explained precisely, without rushing, and with great expertise. The team that operated on me was highly qualified, extremely friendly, and always available. During the procedure, they explained everything calmly, with a smile, putting you completely at ease. I also greatly appreciated the precision in the management of documentation and medical prescriptions, which were always sent in a timely and complete manner. Post-operative support is another strong point: follow-up is structured and continuous, with check-ups in the following months both in person at the clinic and remotely via phone calls for those who, unlike me, do not live in Milan. A dedicated number is also provided for emergencies and clinical support: they always answer and clarify any doubts with great helpfulness. Now I expect the final result to be very satisfactory: they have really done their best, now it’s up to me to ‘be good’ and strictly follow the post-operative therapy, which has been explained in detail and in an understandable way. PS: I would never have felt comfortable going to Turkey, where many people go. Honestly, here in Italy I felt safer and better cared for. At 49 years old: better late than never… but done well, I might add! I recommend Insparya Milano without hesitation.
ASSISTANCE: nonexistent when you call for some information you are answered hastily with “yes” “yes “yes” I emailed them to get another prescription for galenic solution and they disappeared PRICE: disproportionate what more do you get than Turkish clinics? Less than zero, no post-op medications, nothing, you have to buy everything yourself. NON TRANSPARENT: at the first visit the doctor had watched me with the camera up close, estimating 2000- 2500 follicular units however then on the day of the ‘operation by eye the doctor who operated on me said they would put me on 1500, but how? First one thing and then another if you could already see by eye the real number you needed why did they inflate the number during the first visit? To justify the price? If not, I would have gone to MASULLO THAT IS MUCH BETTER AND I would have paid EVEN LESS for those quantities. They never mentioned this before but on the day of the operation they force you to sign a sheet where you affirm that the line they drew for you was approved by you and that afterwards it cannot then be changed, this is to protect themselves in case in the final result you end up with a crooked front line (eh you signed) if I refused to sign what would happen? Skip to the whole operation after I paid 4900€?? too bad then another doctor came and slightly corrected it, absurd RESULTS: poor, I’m at 4 and a half months and still no regrowth even minimal for the moment I have to wait again since regrowth starts from month 4 but for full results it takes more months
Unfortunately, I have to share an extremely disappointing experience. I expected excellent results, but this was not the case. I would like to make it clear that this is strictly a personal judgment and is based solely on my direct and actual experience. I chose Insparya trusting in the seriousness of a highly publicized Italian facility, renowned for its ownership and frequented by well-known personalities, convinced that I would receive a high level of care and a personalized course. From the very first meeting, however, I had the impression that the approach was almost exclusively oriented toward selling and implementing the transplant, rather than an advanced trichological pathway aimed at understanding the real causes of alopecia and assessing whether the surgery was really indicated. Indeed, in my case, no prior check on the state of my scalp or hair was performed, nor were any blood tests required that might have revealed major deficiencies. Only later, by privately referring me to outside trichologists, did I discover that these preliminary checks are essential, because any deficiencies or pathologies can completely compromise the effectiveness of the transplant and worsen the aesthetic situation. I performed two transplants about two years apart. After the first surgery, Dr. Nadia explained to me that too much time had been lost in repositioning the harvested hair because the doctors were at the first surgeries they performed. Already this statement, honestly, was hallucinating to me. I was told that this delay had caused most of the bulbs to die before placement, with an estimated survival of about half or even less of the transplanted units. Subsequently, the clinic decided to offer me a second transplant, and I, thinking that the problems had been due only to this lack of initial experience, trusted and agreed. Six months after the second surgery, however, I can say that this one was also a disaster. The results are again proving to be extremely disappointing, and on top of that, two lateral holes in the donor areas, where too many follicular units were harvested, have become evident, with a major worsening of the overall cosmetic impact. Whenever I reported the poor efficacy of the surgeries, the only response I received was to recommend the administration of Finasteride and Minoxidil. I did not accept this approach, because I believe that if a transplant was performed properly and on a seriously evaluated patient, it should not be necessary to take drugs to ensure the survival of the transplanted hair, which by definition should not fall out. These drugs are to maintain the original hair, not to “save” an unsatisfactory result. Therefore, I find it even more inconsistent that the title of the facility states “At the Center of Hair Health | Insparya,” when in my experience, hair health has not been at all thoroughly or carefully evaluated. Comparing my results with those of people who have dealt with the same degree of alopecia and the same number of follicular units transplanted at clinics in Turkey, I have to note that the difference has been remarkable, in favor of much more satisfactory results obtained elsewhere. Moreover, reading several reviews from other patients, I can confirm that my impression of a strongly sales-oriented approach to transplantation is not an isolated case. I sincerely regret this, because I had placed great trust in the seriousness and competence of this facility. If I went back, I personally would not do the transplant at Insparya again. In light of what happened, I will of course proceed with my attorney to protect my rights and consider any possible action to protect myself. For those who would like more detailed information about my experience, I remain available for contact.
Transplant performed January 2, 2025.. Top clinic… Knowledgeable and professional staff, they put you at ease right away, you feel like family…. I highly recommend it!!! It’s been a few days since the surgery but so far I feel satisfied
A month ago, I had an FUE hair transplant at the Milan clinic. The outcome, already significantly noticeable, pleases me. But more importantly, I commend the professionalism of the medical team. Their attentive care during consultation, surgery, and follow-up truly impressed me — a detail that’s not guaranteed everywhere.
A week after my procedure, I am eager to commend this center for its skilled and professional team. From the free initial evaluation to the surgery day, they ensured I felt comfortable and provided a thorough explanation of the operation. Post-surgery, their follow-up is exemplary, offering a detailed list of dos and don’ts, and they are always available for any emergencies or questions. I’m very satisfied with their service and clarity regarding post-transplant care, including medications and swelling. This center comes highly recommended.
