A thousand thanks to the whole team at the clinic! I was very self-conscious about my hair loss, but thanks to them I have regained my confidence. The results have exceeded my expectations.

Being my third transplant, I have to say that the result is pitiful. They sold me a lie. I wanted to have more quantity and they assured me. The results are not appreciable. They received me to know why I was not satisfied, and the answer is that they are not magicians, they are doctors. I am not looking for magic, I demand the promised results. Evidently they sold me smoke, and if I am not satisfied, they make me another budget 😵‍💫, although they do not advise me. Totally disappointed. I would not recommend it to anyone. Best regards

I made an informative appointment with insparya, they called me several times to clarify my attendance and I always replied that I would attend. When the day arrived I organized my agenda to ask to attend. There I show up at my scheduled time and after an hour of waiting they tell me that I still have to wait longer….As if mine was not worth after doing 50 km and pay for parking I go back the same as I have gone. SINVERGURNZAS

You make an appointment, they see you, they tell you to reserve the price giving part of the money which is then returned to you if you do not have the surgery. So it was, I did not get to operate and when I asked for my money back and no one answered, neither mail nor phone or WhatsApp NOTHING.

I had a hair implant 7500 euros almost three years ago, I’ve been waiting to see if the miracle worked and nothing A DISASTER. They have left my hair almost the same as I had and my hair like dolls, everything that I was told could happen to me in other clinics, has happened to me with Insparia. They gave me a lot of sessions after the implant (another huge amount of money) and nothing, they told me that everything was going well, very well for them. I have to go through the implant again, but NOT WITH INSPARIA, of course. Do not be fooled by the commercials, there are much better and cheaper clinics.

I had a transplant and after 18 months the result is bad. They tell you that there is no need for further treatments at the beginning, but a month later they want to sell you more treatments. To sell the commercial told me that if the result is not good they return the money, which is a lie and do not return anything, they offer you another intervention and pay again. Very commercial and unprofessional, both the nurses who perform the surgery and the follow-up consultations.

Mi pareja se ha hecho el trasplante capilar hace 1 mes, hoy era el día de su primera revisión. El trasplante le ha costado 5000€ pero cuál es nuestra sorpresa? Hoy en la revisión nos dicen que es recomendable hacerse unos tratamientos durante 1 año (2000€ más) para fortalecer su pelo y que no se quede calvo, pero la cosa no acaba ahí no…. También te recomendamos que hasta los 52 años cada 4 meses te hagas otro tratamiento que vas a pagar por cada sesión 150€ porque así seguirás sin quedarte calvo…. Y yo me pregunto porque no explican esto desde el principio? Porque cuando llamas para preguntar cómo es el proceso y los precios esto se lo callan? Claro, son solo 5000€ pero luego sigue pagando, en nuestro caso hasta los 16.000€ en total para no quedarte calvo… es que sino pierdes los 5000€ del principio…. ESTO ES UNA VERDADERA VERGÜENZA

PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCE AND WHO GENERATE EXPECTATIONS THAT CANNOT BE SUSTAINED, YOU ONLY REALIZE WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A YEAR AND YOU REALIZE THAT IT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT YOU WERE PROMISED, BUT I STILL PAY THE MONEY.

Very commercial clinic, they only want to sell you the graft from the beginning and do not consider other treatments.

Had my procedure on 10/17 in Madrid and so far, everything is progressing just as the Insparya team predicted. I’m quite pleased with the experience. Álvaro was fantastic during my first visit, thoroughly explaining the process and answering all my questions with great professionalism. On the surgery day, Inés, Andrea, Yousra, Belén, and Clara provided exceptional care, comfort, and reassurance, making me feel well taken care of. Now, I’m following their instructions closely and eagerly waiting for the final results.

They are scammers, they only sell image and smoke. They do not proceed to a study before the treatment, they only want to give you an appointment from minute 1 to take money and put your hair without prior study as it is logical.
