I met Dr. Ruston through social media and was very anxious to make my hair transplant dream come true. I waited 2 months for my appointment and to my amazement he gave me a 10-minute consultation in a rude manner in which I couldn’t even answer my questions. When I insisted that I wanted to clear up my doubts, he asked me if I had watched all the Instagram videos. I said that I had watched a few but that I would like to answer them in person. He got up from his chair and took me to the room of his assistant, who is not a doctor, and asked her to answer my questions. I paid 800 reais for horrible service. The place looks like a production line. Appointments are made every half hour. I’m sorry, but a consultation for 800 reais should last at least an hour, given that a hair transplant costs at least 40 thousand reais.

I would like to leave my evaluation here. First of all, I would like to make it clear that my intention is not to damage anyone’s image, but simply to share my personal experience with possible future clients of this clinic. I had to wait a few days to calm down before writing this review because I didn’t want to overdo it. Therefore, what you are about to read is a conscious and unscathed piece of feedback, with the sole intention of alerting anyone who doesn’t yet know this professional. If I can make sure that just one person doesn’t go through what I did, I’ll be victorious. Considering that I traveled from Curitiba to São Paulo exclusively for this appointment, I was extremely disappointed, astonished and very saddened by the doctor’s service. I’ve always been a big fan of his on social media and was happy and eager to meet him in person. All that friendliness in the clinic’s videos on the YouTube channel is gone. Forget the “big hug” at the end of the videos. I was treated rudely, impolitely, to the point where ten minutes into the appointment I got up and left. That’s right, after ten minutes I got up and left the room. At the same time, someone else came in and said that they were going to give me back the amount I had paid for the consultation, which I promptly refused. I wasn’t interested in the money. What I wanted was a minimum of respect, politeness and perhaps kindness from the doctor. I left the clinic
