The consultation was not bad. I guess my nerves got the best of me during the session while the doctor tried his best to calm me and allay my fears. The procedure however went on very well and the aftercare was the best.

The doctor who attended to me was very understanding and comforting throughout my whole treatment which made me be at ease. However, I do feel there could be improvements made to the overall hygiene of the procedure.
