This clinic could have genuinely ruined our lives. I am not exaggerating.

A doctor prescribed my husband dutasteride and minoxidil without asking a single question about pregnancy plans. No anamnesis. No warnings. Zero. I only found out about the risks by accident while filling out an intake form at a different pharmacy. A pharmacist’s questionnaire did more due diligence than an actual licensed doctor.

Dutasteride causes severe birth defects in male fetuses. It passes into semen. It stays in the body for months. This is not obscure - it’s in the basic prescribing guidelines. Had I not found this out myself, I could have been carrying a child with developmental abnormalities right now. Because a doctor couldn’t ask one basic question

Oh, and minoxidil is acutely toxic to cats. We have one. She sleeps on the pillows. Nobody mentioned that either

This isn’t about bad service. This is gross medical negligence - prescribing teratogenic substances without informed consent or basic patient history
AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. During and after booking an appointment over the phone, I was never informed of any consultation fee. After meeting the doctor—who didn’t perform any actual examination—I was suddenly asked to pay €50. The receipt labeled the charge as an “examination,” but no such service was provided.

This feels like a dishonest way to take money from unsuspecting customers. Transparency should be a basic standard in any medical service, but this clinic clearly lacks it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it unless you enjoy surprise charges and misleading practices.

Just finished a 2-day hair transplant and my experience was amazing! I did transplants twice before (2013 and 2015) so my case was not straightforward but the team did a great job nevertheless. Shout-out and big thanks to Dr Marianna Mylona, Ina and Katerina. They made my experience so easy and enjoyable. Dr Marianna pays great attention to detail and is a great professional. Also, I appreciated the fact that the team was explaining every steps of the process, keeping me informed, and answering all my questions. Comparing this surgery to the two before I can say that it was the most hassle-free and I felt the least pain (almost none). My donor area was treated gently so even after the anesthesia wore off the pain was very little. Now I just need to wait a few months to see the results. But based on my experience with the clinic so far I'm quite positive that they will be great! 🤞 Based on all the above I definitely recommend this clinic if you are considering a hair transplant.

I did not have a pleasant experience at this place. I had only one visit for consultation regarding hair loss treatment. I do not have any serious problem, but I wanted to explore my options as I get towards my 40s. The consultor told me that I have a clear sign of hair loss and baldness and that it would be the best for me to have two (2) sessions of hair transplant, then a plasma treatment, and buy a series of products. That would cost me about 7500 euros.
I found it very weird that they do not charge the amount of grafts you transplant, but the number of sessions. So, either they transplant 500 grafts or 3000 in a session, it will cost you the same money according to the consultant.
I am very glad I visited two other clinics after that, one in Cyprus and one in the UK. Both those clinics confirmed that I am far from being a candidate for a hair transplant and they did not even recommend a strong medication (e.g., minoxidil).
So my impression is that this clinic is after your money by trying to enhance any lack of confidence their potential costumers may have. So I judge their consultation process, as I did not proceed further to have an opinion for their other services.

I have done hair transplant a few days ago, I really satisfied with there work, the staff are super super professional, before coming to here I was so afraid, the doctor and staff very helpful , I didn’t feel any pain, they gave me very clear instructions to follow up. I recommend for every one,
