I can’t begin to say how happy I am with the results of the treatment—it’s been really transformative. My hair thinned out across the top of my head in my early twenties and never really came back. Thirty years later, after completing a ten-month treatment, it’s as full as it was in my youth.
Ioan and his team at Premier Hair Restoration were incredible at managing my expectations. I was very nervous that it might not work, having tried other methods over the years. They encouraged me to simply stick to the routine (doing something every day) to give myself the best chance at seeing results. While it does take discipline, it has been completely worth it.
My hair quality changed very quickly: it was thin, weak, and translucent with my scalp visible, but within two months, it became thicker and livelier—noticeable to everyone (even my hairdresser was stunned by the quality!). That was so encouraging. Over the following months, it continued to thicken to the point where my scalp is no longer visible, which is a huge relief. It looks great even on my off days, and I get a lot of compliments.

I reached out to Premier Hair Restoration last October as I had started seeing more scalp than usual on top. Ioan invited me in for a consultation to assess what may be the cause. After a closer look, he was able to tell me that I had Androgenetic Alopecia which is a very common form of gradual hair loss over time. It was hard to digest, especially as a woman but Ioan was very considerate and explained exactly what my options were, he was also able to show me examples of people who were at a similar stage of loss and the results they achieved. I also appreciated Ioan's honesty, as he was upfront with regards to each individuals success rate and how it can vary.

I was given an 8-month action plan, a full take-home bag of hair supplies + supplements along with my own laser wand. I was also scheduled for weekly laser appointments within the clinic along with bi-monthly check-ins and treatments with the clinics in-house stylists.

The results I achieved far surpassed what I expected and to say my confidence has done a complete 180° is an understatement! Gone are the days of me feeling paranoid about whether my scalp is showing or wanting to wear a hat all the time.

Ioan and his staff were all so pleasant to deal with and very accommodating too. Special shout out to the clinics receptionists, as they were always able to adjust my appointment if needed and were very polite and friendly to chat with.
