I visited this clinic based on its excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

When I arrived, the receptionist asked me a few questions, including whether I smoked. As soon as I answered “yes,” she made a noticeably judgmental facial expression before walking away, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

During the consultation, the doctor only suggested very basic treatments, such as minoxidil, which I could have easily purchased from a pharmacy. There was no clear assessment of my condition or recommendation on which treatment would be most suitable for me. When I specifically asked whether PRP would be the right option, the doctor’s response was simply, “It’s up to you.” That left me wondering what the purpose of the consultation was if there was no professional guidance.

After the consultation, the receptionist repeatedly pressured me to pay in advance for PRP treatment. Even after I politely declined, she continued trying to persuade me.

She then asked me to connect with the clinic on LINE for any future questions. While doing so, she took my phone and posted a 5-star review on my behalf without my knowledge or consent, which I found completely unethical.

After leaving the clinic, I messaged on LINE requesting a copy of my prescription. Instead of helping, the receptionist responded rudely, asking why I needed it. She said she would send it later, but I never received it.

Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I expected honest medical advice and respectful service, but unfortunately received neither.

Satisfied with the process here. Doctors here are so professional and take good care of your concerns. I recommend you guys to here if you have hair problems. You woun't regret for sure.
