When i initially read all these comments, I decided to give this place a chance at making a custom shoulder length topper. A relative had also mentioned this place so I went for it. I don't have a lot of money so I wanted to make sure to get exactly what I wanted with the cash I had. Emily showed me the exact hair consistency and kind of topper I was looking for. She assured me repeatedly that she would match the texture of my hair. I gave her $1,000 and waited four months for the hair piece. When I finally met with her about the final product, Emily's approach to showing me the finished topper was to walk in the room, bouncing something up and down in her hand that she tosses up on the counter to the side of me. It took me a minute to realize that was my $2000 topper! I had no idea what it was because it looked nothing like what Emily had sold me. When I realized she actually thought I would accept that chunk of hair after our explicit understanding, I lost it! As I was telling her I hated it, Emily actually thought that referencing a non-existent "contract" might actually intimidate me in someway to keep the chunk of hair. Little did she know i'm a contract litigator!!! It took less than five minutes to get a complete refund of my money.
Don't deal with her. She'll sell you one thing and give you something else and then yell that you wouldn't work with her. Emily after you've read this i hope you've learned something. You never know who you're gonna be ripping off. If someone actually does see this review, please know that i'm 75 years old, look like a little old lady and she actually thought she could get away with it because of my age.
