I started my exosome treatments in February after noticing thinning in the front part of my scalp. After four treatment sessions and about six months, my hair has returned to what it used to be. I no longer see thinning areas or empty spots, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
I definitely plan to continue with maintenance treatments every six months.
The doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Overall, it has been a great experience, and I’m very pleased with both the care I received and the results.

Dr Josh was really kind to explain the whole process to me and alleviate my doubts. Got scheduled for a 2000 graft but got 2500 (extra 500 at the same cost) because I had a great donor area. Communication was clear the whole time during the procedure. The after-care instruction manual was very detailed and self-explanatory. I got a follow-up call the following day, checking in on me and my healing process.

To start, I had a great experience with Anjali. I’m not sure what her title is but she was the coordinator and who I had most convos with. I tend to ask a lot of questions and like to fully understand everything (which I know can be a bit much), but she was incredibly patient, informative, and professional the entire time. Stood out above most people I deal with in a professional manner.

What stood out most was her good attitude when there was a small miscommunication, she handled it with zero ego, empathy, and quickly made things right. That honestly built a lot of trust for me and showed she genuinely cares about doing good business and treating people with respect.

Dr. Dubey I didn’t interact with as much, but in the moments I did, he was kind and respectful as well. Some Doctors are rude and egotistical and I didn’t feel that with him.

I believe the other lady I talked with was Ms. Julie. It was a brief conversation but still professional and kind.

Anjali deserves 10 stars for her customer service alone. I’ll plan to update this review in a few months based on products I decide to use, but as of now, I felt it was important to recognize the excellent experience I had. I hope to keep a lasting customer relationship with them and plan on telling colleagues about my experience.
