Capilar Hair Center By Dr. Jimmy Cortez

It's has been 6 months. Dr. Cortez checked in with me the first few months and on the 6 month mark, he said there will be more hair to come (though my hair line is already looking great)!

I only have high praise for Dr. Cortez and his team. I went in very nervous but everyone was so kind and professional. They speak English and Spanish, so no language barriers for me. Instructions and responses to questions were clear, the entire process was very smooth: I was picked up from San Diego airport and driven straight to a pre-arranged hotel a block away. The office is clean and modern. Anyone can do this over a weekend, but I chose to stay a few more days to vacation. On day 3 they followed up by email for any question, I asked if I can go into the office, and they welcomed my drop in anytime! After my trip, they accommodated my ride back to the airport. I am very impressed at the process.

From the initial consultation through the procedure and post-operative follow-up, Dr. Cortez and his team were amazing to work with. This is obviously a major decision in anyone's life, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The clinic was clean, professional, and well-run, and I felt safe and cared for throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate the post-op follow-up from the clinic to ensure my recovery is progressing as expected and to answer any questions along the way.

Dr. Cortez was honest about what could realistically be achieved and worked with me to design a plan that aligned with my goals and expectations. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated his straightforward and professional approach.

I'm still early in my recovery, so I can't comment on my final results yet. However, based on the professionalism, communication, and quality of care I've received, I would confidently recommend Dr. Cortez and his team to anyone considering a hair transplant.

If you’re thinking about getting a hair transplant, I’d 10/10 recommend this clinic and doctor! They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process even when I was very nervous. Since I have long hair, it ended up getting tangled but Samantha and one of the other doctors helped me untangle it (and that took 2 hours!!!) I am very pleased with my experience and how the team answered all of my questions. I will be back a few more times for PRP application treatments which will help my healing process ☺️
