3 operations, 12,000 hair grafts implanted, more than €8,000 paid = complete failure 1. First operation 6,000 hair grafts  most fell out after 2 years. 2. Second operation, 4,000 hairs  complete failure. After the operation, the condition was worse than before the operation. 3. Third operation – 1,800 hairs  very limited improvement in the front area. All implanted hairs fell out in the crown area. After three operations, all hairs implanted in the middle area and at the crown fell out. Only a small portion of the hairs in the front area remained. As a result of the three operations, I now have several noticeable gaps on both sides of my head. The after-sales service was initially unwilling to refer my case to the doctor, and when they finally did, they refused to accept my warranty certificate and claimed that I would have to undergo a fourth operation at my own expense if I wanted to see any improvement. After all the expense, wasted time and effort, and the stress and severe pain during and after the surgeries, the end result was extremely disappointing.

It doesn’t happen often,but it’s only fair to be told. Where to start, once you contact the clinic, you will be made aware, of what can be done in the situation you are in, through photos required for evaluation. Once you are accepted, you will not have to deal with anything, because everything will be handled by the clinic. They will arrange your flight (asking for two cities of preference) send you confirmations of the hotel where you will stay 3 nights (total 4 days) and you will be accompanied from the time you arrive at the airport in Istanbul. There will be an interpreter who can help you talk to the various medical teams you will have the pleasure of dealing with. Quick examinations, health status information, and you will arrange the surgery by evaluating directly with the distinguished Dr. Serkan. On the prearranged day, you will be escorted to the room and the magic begins. That was the bureaucratic part…I really want to make it clear that the whole thing is surrounded by professionalism, impeccable management and great care that I personally would not take for granted. I have had the pleasure of meeting medical professionals with passion, an eye for detail and a desire to be able to give the best possible effect based on the patient’s personal situation so that they feel free to trust without asking too many questions, making the experience unique, safe and complete. Once the operation is done, after all the various post-transplant precautions, the next day will be dressing, some treatments included, and the possibility of purchasing products for the proper care and maintenance of the obtained result. Finally, in addition to the section dedicated to hair, you can find a whole area reserved for aesthetics, with many treatments and interventions that you can possibly evaluate according to your needs. I conclude by saying that, in the most absolute way, I would recommend relying on the deep experience of Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic and all the staff, and the Doku Clinic to improve the aesthetic side, and not only that. Too much confusion, Dr. Serkan is never seen. There are a dozen or so teams made up of young women who, during the operation, chat as if they were at the hairdresser’s.

overall good experience. i was hoping for more coverage but they say second surgery is needed to improve the area. beware the surgery is not painless (that was my experience) Anyway, after some time , in all honesty … I would do it again. it changes your life.

After a good initial result and having spent only three years, the density by constant fall of the transplanted area, decreases to a third. I have conscientiously followed the indicated treatment of dutasteride and minoxidil and it has not helped. They implicitly recognize me that after one year the result is exceptional and now they tell me that I don’t look so bad…

The doctor does not speak English. Translator try’s to interpret I wrong sentences. procedures and done by little girls. And doctor is now are to be seen.

Had my transplant at this clinic in 2021 during the craziness of the pandemic. Flew from Canada which wasn’t cheap. Saw Dr. Serkan for 5 minutes then never saw him again. It was his technicians that work on you. Cant say that all of my experience was bad but of course the begging is always good when they want your money. So everything went ok while I was there but then again cant really compare to any other clinic because this is the only clinic I’ve ever gone to. So came back home and followed everything they told me to do, take Finasteride, take their hair vitamins and serum, and shampoo and after serum is finished start taking minoxidil to protect the other hair. Followed directions to a T. Procedure was to take photo’s every 3 months and send it in to show progress witch I did of course. From day one I was always expressing my concern that the crown area was not filling in and was always told not to worry that it would take 18 months to fully see the results. So for 18 months I waited worried. 18 months go by and nothing, the hair on the crown didn’t take or they didn’t put enough graphs on the crown. Now I see that its their tactic to get you to come back, I see that now. But I wasn’t really worried about having to go back except for having to pay for another flight and going through excruciating pain again because I was told that this procedure was guarantee for life or if I wasn’t satisficed with the procedure. Well let me tell you their GUARENTEE is Bullshit. Its a selling tactic, theirs no such thing. After months of trying to get a hold of someone, cause the turn around of employees there is crazy, someone finally got back to me and gave me excuses that I didn’t follow procedures they told me or that the hair I had there before fell out, witch is falls because I was complaining about that from day one. So their solution is for me to go for a second session (of course) and pay almost double what I paid the first time, WHAT A JOKE!!. So yes I DO NOT RECOMED THIS CLINIC. Their after care is terrible and their guarantee is a big lie. Before I booked I read the reviews and they seemed to be pretty good but now I’ve read that most of their good reviews are bought or they do it themselves. Don’t take my word for it, search top ten clinic in turkey they don’t even show up in the search. There are other better and cheaper places you can go to that if you have issues they will stand by their work or guarantee. Now I know after I post this they will reply with sorry for your experience and that its because of something I did wrong or hereditary reasons or blah, blah, blah, just like I read in other reviews and to contact them to solve this issue. Do your research, there are better places to go to.

So far so good. The treatment has really worked for me, it seems. The treatment was completely painless, thanks to the expertise of my doctor. Would recommend going here to anyone doubting what clinic to go to.

This procedure – from the start of the consultation until the end with the aftercare – has been amazing! I’m amazed by how lovely and helpful the staff has been to me, which has made me feel very safe during the entire procedure. It has now been 6 months since the last treatment and I’m so happy with how my hair has turned out.

I would like to share my first impression of this clinic by writing this review. It was nice to be able to talk about my hair loss with a professional. We made a plan for my treatment, but I’m still not sure whether I should do it. I hope I can get a second consultation to ask some more questions.
