The entire experience was wonderful. From the transportation from the airport, to the hotel accommodations. The day of the procedure (September 4, 2025), I was escorted to my very own private room (very similar to a spa room). After quick assessments and measurements of my facial features, The entire staff took their time explaining my options to me. Being that everything leading up to this point was done via WhatsApp, the plan changed now that they’re able to see my thinning scalp in person. They recommended extracting and implanting a greater number of hairs. Now taking from my beard as well. They were extremely patient with me and it was obvious they prioritize quality work and assuring the customer is happy with the results. Once the procedure began I only felt slight discomfort during the anesthesia administration part. The two staff members that actually performed the procedure (Enes and Tolga) were not only extremely professional, but they also assured I was comfortable during the entire time. All while displaying a great deal of patience by answering my countless questions. By the end of the procedure they make you feel as if you made two additional friends. The following day was cleanup day where they remove the dressing and explain in great detail the care regimen. They gave me and entire care package with detailed instructions to maximize the results. They explained what I should expect to feel to minimize my concerns. Once the dressing was removed I was taken back to the hotel and a few hours later to the airport to board my return flight to Florida. Overall the experience was seamless and well worth the money. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Terziler and his fantastic clinic team. I am extremely happy with the results, as the team was able to harvest 5,375 grafts in one sitting using the robotic DHI technique. The hospitality and bedside manner were top-notch, from the hotel pick-up and drop-offs, to the reception, procedure, and aftercare. Sedef, who is in charge of international patients, provided wonderful, unrushed, and very friendly one-on-one service.
