I don't even know where to begin… It was wonderful. From the receptionists to the operating room assistants, and especially Dr. Laura Caicedo… They were all a ten out of ten. Attentive, caring, always ready to answer your questions, and always with a smile. I had a long hair transplant, and I have to say that even I, who don't work in this field, know that my case wasn't easy, since I've always had a few poorly positioned hairs, thinner than the most fragile thread you can imagine. The doctor was clear: this is what we can do with the material we have. Direct, but kind and attentive, and without any tricks. It made me incredibly happy because other doctors had rejected the possibility of doing a transplant due to the poor quality of the donor area. On the day of the operation, I was calm, but they still do everything possible to make you feel at home. So much so that in the second part, after lunch, I took a very pleasant nap. Laura designed the treatment to cover my receding hairline and the front part, which is the most visually challenging. On Sunday, after the procedure (yes, Sunday!), one of the staff members called to check on me. This was simply outstanding. Tomorrow I'm going back for my second wash and check-up. I'm eager for time to pass so I can see the results, but I'm sure they'll be spectacular. Thank you so much for your attention. With your work and dedication, you contribute to people's emotional well-being, and that's priceless. ☺️

Where to begin? Well, at the end, of course. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Laura and her entire team. In my case, I had lichen planus affecting my eyebrows. I visited five clinics in Barcelona before arriving at Laura Caicedo's clinic. The first day, I was greeted by Raquel, a lovely person, professional, and very caring. I immediately felt comfortable. But then, when Laura, the artist doctor, came in and I spoke with her for five minutes, it was clear I was going to put myself in her hands. Such professionalism and such care when explaining things! You can also tell she loves her work! After examining my eyebrows and skin and hearing my story, she told me we were going to do it, that it was viable. And without any false expectations. I really appreciated that. It's been a week since she performed the transplant, and I'm very happy and excited. Everything is going perfectly! The treatment I received from Laura and her team (Raquel, Natalia, Alex, Vicky, Cata, Angy, Ainhoa, etc.) was exceptional and, above all, very humane. Something crucial for cases like mine. Communication is very smooth for any questions or appointment scheduling, and every time I've been to the clinic, I've been right on time. So...thank you so much, team! It might sound cheesy, but you've already earned a special place in my heart ❤️

Today I finished my treatment and the feeling couldn't be more rewarding. From day one, the service has been outstanding and the treatment result an absolute success. Without a doubt, I will recommend this clinic to anyone who asks.
