I had an awesome experience at Hair Hub in Monterrey. Met with two doctors there who really took the time to address all my questions. They spoke both English and Spanish perfectly, which made it super easy for me to get all the info I needed. The follow-up has been spot-on, just like they promised, with updates via text and video on WhatsApp. I’m definitely going back. If you’re thinking about going, you won’t be let down. I tried another place in Mexico before and it wasn’t great. Easy Hair Hub might cost a bit more than some other spots in Cancun or what you might find online, but trust me, it’s worth that little bit extra. In life, and especially with something as important as a hair transplant, you get what you pay for. Drs. Aguilar and Paulina know their stuff, and their team is super polite. Dr. Aguilar even chatted with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay and gave me more meds whenever I needed them to stay comfortable. The operating room had three assistants working like a well-oiled machine, prepping grafts and helping out, all in a space that was squeaky clean and ready to go. The whole vibe is about giving you the best service possible. When it comes down to who’s going to take care of your hair, having clear communication, feeling like your worries are taken seriously, and knowing you’re with pros outweighs saving a few bucks going somewhere cheaper. I’m saying this from experience, having been somewhere else before, so I can tell you Easy Hair Hub is the real deal. Don’t bother wasting time or money elsewhere. You’ll be glad you chose them.
