Dr. Arika Bansal and Dr. Pradeep Sethi have performed thousands of transplants at the “Eugenix Hair Sciences”. Dr. Arika alone has conducted 2,500 successful transplantation surgeries. She has authored medical publications, national and international papers, and the book “Step by Step Transplantation”. She is a diplomate at ABHRS and an active member of ISHRS. On the other hand, Dr. Pradeep Sethi is also a member of ISHRS, IAHRS, AHRS and other local and international organizations. I had a 4,500 graft hair transplant at Eugenix’s New Delhi clinic in June 2024. I am now 13 months post-op and the result has been deeply disappointing. It looks closer to 2,500 grafts and the hairline design is overly aggressive, broad and feminine, completely mismatched to my age and level of hair loss. It’s also visibly crooked on one side. The design stage felt rushed with no proper measurements or meaningful discussion about long-term planning. Despite being a Norwood 6–7, Eugenix created a juvenile-style hairline that consumes a huge number of grafts, a decision that no responsible clinic should make in my situation. When I raised concerns, they deflected blame, falsely claiming “I requested the hairline design” which I didn’t. And even if I had, it’s their responsibility to advise patients properly. They also claimed I had “planned multiple procedures” which referred only to two stages (front/mid-scalp and crown). That doesn’t excuse delivering a poor mid-scalp result that now needs further correction. To date, Eugenix has taken zero accountability. Their only solution was to offer 500–1,000 more grafts despite admitting they “tried to cover a large area with few grafts.” If that’s the case, why didn’t they design a more conservative hairline that would have preserved grafts and created a more balanced, natural result? Even aside from the poor design, a large number of grafts appear not to have survived, raising serious questions about the procedure’s execution and graft handling. Now I’m in a far worse position than before surgery. I have a broad, youthful hairline like someone with no hair loss but a thin mid-scalp and a huge bald crown. The look is completely contradictory and unnatural. Every clinic I’ve consulted since has turned me away saying I no longer have enough donor grafts to restore density or cover the crown. I now face the possibility of spending tens of thousands to remove the temple points, raise the hairline and try to reverse the damage, something that should never have been necessary if proper planning and responsibility had been exercised. I only requested a refund for the procedure cost, not travel, pain or emotional distress, but even that was dismissed. My trust in Eugenix is gone. I cannot recommend them to anyone who values transparency, ethics or responsible long-term hair restoration.

Absolutely disappointed. The woman doctor Arika was abrupt, disinterested and rushed my pre op consult-subsequently messing up my implant to one eyebrow. She totally ignored me next morning more interested in reading and laughing at instagrams than acknowledging me as i walked in and said good morning- Not interested in genuine connections. Young kids implanting all yelled around me chatting while poking me for hours, they stunk of Body odour, the music loud and crappy. The money man ,Anil, in the op theatre all day long busting my balls over exchange rate screw ups and making calls in my line of site while i tried to rest-he was a nightmare. No spirituality there at all to see. that is bollocks when people quote their love and care for this-i have more religious values than them! The op failed on 3 out of 4 areas-totally. $25k worth of cash down the tubes-no sympathy or follow up-they just wanted me out of their hair, and not to publicly spread the negativity. sometimes clinics fail-well EUGENIX FAILED and there was no equitable recovery- just get rid of him was their mantra-do not go there i implore you. The trumpet blowers are people who have media power and get all the bells and whistles so they plug the place-there is always the other side to this, and i hated it there. i was a number-a cash cow, without any care, love and genuine feeling for me. they really did not know my name or care, i felt. It was basically a very average place! saddened by their customer service, crappy culture, and false promo of care, spirituality and good workmanship. nah, go elsewhere guys please!

My son (Ryan Koul, who lives in Pittsburgh, Pa: US),introduced me to this outfit (following extensive research) & we got hair transplants in Gurgaon ( a Delhi suburb about same time 8 months ago). The entire process, from being picked up from Delhi airport, Lodging, transportation to the clinic from Hilton hotel & back is well streamlined. The transportation from the Hotel to the airport (on the day of departure) is all included in the price package. The pre-procedure testing is through (being a physician myself) & the quality of the transplant & follow up/aftercare is superb. There’s no aspect of the experience,. that I disliked.
