I thought I’d write a short description about my phenomenal hair transplant journey to Istanbul. I had been considering a hair transplant for a long time, and after hearing about several acquaintances from Sweden who were satisfied with IdealofMed, the choice felt obvious. The clinic is run by Swedish investors, and it felt reassuring to know that other Swedes, as well as well-known individuals, had undergone their treatments here. When I booked the standard package, I knew that everything would be included – hotel, transportation, the operation itself, aftercare treatments, post-operative care products, and consultations both before and after the procedure. From the very first meetings with the doctors, I felt safe and confident. They are certified both in Turkey and the USA (by ISHRS), and they explained every step of the procedure in a way that made me feel secure. My stay at the clinic felt smooth and well-organized. The facilities were modern and clean, and the staff were incredibly professional. The fact that there was Nordic staff on-site made me feel even more comfortable and able to ask questions without any issues. The operation itself went better than expected. I was carefully guided through every step – from the extraction of hair follicles to the implantation. The discomfort was minimal, and I felt that every detail was carried out with precision and care. During the first few weeks after the operation, I was careful with my scalp, which became slightly red and had small scabs. The pain was minimal and easy to manage with the guidance I received from the clinic. After a few weeks, the scabs began to fall off, the redness decreased, and my scalp felt calmer. During the first few months, I lost some of the transplanted hairs, which I had already expected. But after about two months, new hair started to grow, and it was incredibly exciting to see the first small strands appear. Week by week, the transformation became more noticeable. By three to four months, I began to feel that the hair was filling in areas that had previously been thin, and by six months, it really started to look natural. Now, nine months later, I am extremely satisfied with the result. The hair density is good, the hair grows in a natural direction, and it even covers areas that I previously thought would be difficult to fill in. The result looks natural and balanced, and even though full maturity normally occurs around twelve months, it already feels very stable and strong. Going through this process has been both exciting and educational. From the consultations to the operation and recovery, I have felt well taken care of every step of the way. The combination of experienced doctors, professional staff, and modern facilities makes me highly recommend IdealofMed to anyone considering a hair transplant. Objectively, I can say that IdealofMeD Medical Center is probably among the best in the world when it comes to hair transplantation.
