Medical Man Cave

In February of 2023 I had my hair transplant done at The Medical Man Cave in Chicago, IL. There were initial communication issues and a changeover of staff. The care I received was excellent. I truly felt pampered. I was just surprised that I didn’t have as many hairs transplanted as I was led to believe I would be getting. The surgeon in turn gave me a few extra PRP treatments free to compensate for this. I initially spoke with staff at the Colorado office and was told there that “if there was ever any questions I had and had any issues I could always reach out to them”. There were some questions a I had and when I reached out to the person who said this he seemed very perturbed that I was even bothering him and he said he was very busy and I needed to contact the Chicago office. I think what he meant to say was “if there’s any questions you have before we get paid feel free to contact me but once we get paid I have no use for you”. I recently attempted to contact the Chicago office and knew that it might be a challenge as they have many new staff members that might not be familiar with me. I wanted to tell them that I was disappointed with my hair growth. But I called 2 numbers listed for the Chicago office and it was very frustrating. One number kept saying “you can’t reach this number as dialed” and the other one was a fax machine sound. Then I called the Colorado office (out of desperation..at least knowing they might have an answering machine and they did). I left a thorough message and never got a call back. I’m thinking if I do get a call back it will be in the form of a reprimand because their time is important while apparently mine is not. I can hardly wait! I remember that 2 years ago they said they had “phone problems due to a poor signal” but almost 2 years later one would think they have that issue solved. I am looking to go somewhere else to possibly get more work done that will be able to retain their staff and be able to afford phones that work. Should have went with Bosley.

First- rate experience all throughout, from the start till the main surgery! Dr Motarjeme and his staff were always attentive and caring. They handled all my questions and listened to all my troubles. I really appreciated that. If you’re looking for an amazing hair restoration clinic, then I’d highly recommend this one!
