I had a hair transplant for over 12000eur in the hope of getting thick hair. More than two years after the transplant, I made an appointment – following a request or an email from me to the clinic pointing out the poor result. The doctor argued that the hair was probably a little thicker now than before and, to my amazement, was even happy with the result. So apparently the standards are very low. I only agreed to the transplant at this exorbitant price in order to get thick hair and not to get slightly thicker hair than before! I got a “gracious” offer and was offered another transplant for a four-figure sum with about 20% discount. But I won’t leave money for a second service that wasn’t provided the first time! It’s very depressing as I have carried my savings to Medical Moser. I would rather advise you to have a hair transplant in Turkey, because even if it is the same disappointing result, you have burned much less money than in Vienna! In fact, this borders on a verbal breach of contract – the emphasis is on verbal, because shortly before the operation you have to sign an ominous contract, which the clinic probably secures precisely because of something like this. This procedure is very questionable. In the case of medical operations, I show understanding for this, but this is a service provided for a large sum of money and complaints have to be settled without hesitation!

Had my FUE treatment with 3000 follicles on April 8, 2021, and gotta say, it was just perf from the get-go. Was a bit nervous in the morning, but they gave me a warm welcome and a super friendly chat that calmed me right down. The whole team during the treatment was all about making sure I was comfy and had everything I needed. They explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. Didn’t hurt a bit, and I really dug the chill, almost homey vibe they got going on there. So far, totally loving the results and can’t wait to show off my new hair. Will keep ya posted!
