Living in Vancouver, Canada, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this clinic in Iran, which was on par with the standards I’m used to in Vancouver. This is particularly surprising given that the concept of customer service is virtually non-existent in most parts of Iran and in many industries. During my temporary visit to Iran to see my family, I visited the clinic due to my hair loss condition. They provided me with caring guides, and I decided to have my hair transplant done at this clinic after visiting multiple clinics in Vancouver, Armenia, and Isfahan (Iran). In comparison, this clinic offered much better prices as well as customer care and follow-up. I have been in touch with them to set up my operation date. What truly convinced me of their genuine care for their clients, as opposed to just treating them for money, was their honesty. They told me that for the best results, I should wait for 1 or 2 years to use the FUT method rather than FIT. This showed me that they prioritize the well-being of their clients over making money, in contrast to other clinics that simply encouraged me to have the operation as soon as possible.
