I liked the professionalism, but communication was poor. There was a translator named Andrea who was excellent during my first visit, but the second visit was chaotic because there was no translator.
I want to extend my gratitude to Turkiyana. My brother and I had a hair transplant using the DHI method just a week ago, and Iqra Consultancy lived up to our expectations. Iqra was incredibly helpful, even when my flight got canceled, and she assisted me in rearranging a taxi. A big thank you also goes to Mr. Yousuf for his generosity and honesty. It’s essential to have people like him involved in the surgery process. MashaAllah, he has a wealth of experience, especially when it comes to anesthesia. Lastly, there was a kind-hearted lady named Irum who understood the emotional aspect of undergoing this procedure. Her empathy was much appreciated.
This facility is top-tier, offering good prices and an exceptionally friendly and proficient staff. I underwent two hair transplant surgeries totaling 6,000 grafts, both without any complications.
